We want to hear about any bugs you find or features you want/need. However, please keep in mind that at these cost levels (currently free!), you're not paying for reserve engineering consulting. There are plenty of consulting reservoir engineers who will happily review your reservoirs for a very fair hourly fee. We will put together an FAQ sometime in the future. Developer Biographies: This site and it's programs were developed by Donaldo Torres and Joe Anders.

Donaldo has an Engineering degree and 15 years experience working Gulf of Mexico. Donny is currently working for Newfield Petroleum as a production engineer.

Joe has a B.S. in Geological Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston. He has 20 years experience working in SE Texas, South Louisiana, Gulf of Mexico and Alaska in operations and reservoir engineering positions. He is a registered Professional Engineer in petroleum engineering and holds 1 patent for horizontal EOR wells. Joe is currently working well integrity issues in Alaska for BP. And programming, skiing, raising 2 really smart kids, etc.

History of OA Tools: Development of "OA" Tools ("Operations/Analytical", what ARCO called their prodution engineers) started around 1990. Computer started showing up on engineers desks, but there were minimal applications available.
